Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is a two-hour hypnotherapy session designed to teach my clients how to turn off their “negative ruminating thoughts” so their bodies can heal. Our thoughts create the emotions, feelings, and physical sensations that either return us to our ideal state of thriving and joy or our thoughts can create unease. Worrying is negative rumination that causes inflammation and disease. The key to healing the body is to train the brain to stay in the present moment, optimistic. Silent Brain Training is the ideal one-time training that you will learn in my RRT Session, which will allow you to become the Director of your life, verses the victim/reactor to the inner dialog. You are not your thoughts, learn how to turn them off or change them, and become limitless in your ability to create your ideal reality!
What to Expect
Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is a short-term treatment. Most individuals require only 1 or 3 sessions for lasting results. Often in a single RRT session, you can resolve lifelong issues, which gives your body a better chance of healing once cleared.
Kelly Granite Enck, Hypnotherapist CHt BA is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists. Kelly is also certified in Advanced Rapid Resolution Therapy, (RRT) and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing, (EMDR). Depending on her client’s goals, she may use one or all of the above modalities with her Hypnotherapy Session.
