What is Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) and How can it help you?

Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is a short-term treatment. Often in a single Rapid Resolution Therapy Session you can clear, transform, and resolve, lifelong issues with lasting results.

The Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) Session is 2 hours long. In the first hour, you will learn how to turn off negative rumination, which is the cause of anxiety in social situations. The method to become fearless is easy and fun, making it effortless to become anxiety-free forever! You were born fearless, there is nothing wrong with you, Thoughts are like clouds that block the real you. As your brain becomes more and more silent you will return to your natural state of thriving and confidence! You may have never met the real you, because often our fears begin when the brain is developing in the first 7 years.

The second half of the 2-hour session will be used to clear the root cause of your anxiety. This exploration is fast and easy, and the root cause can be cleared in a few minutes as an enjoyable journey!

You will not be under traditional hypnosis, but rather equal to me in the session and in full control of each activity designed to free you from all fears, and anxiety in social situations. The techniques you will learn and take home with you will improve every aspect of your life.
